International Shipping:

Standard International Shipping: 7-10 business days (Paid).

Order Processing Time

We are committed to ensuring that your order is handled with care and processed as quickly as possible. Our warehouse is located in the USA, and our production facility is based in Pakistan.

For items in USA stock: 

Orders are processed within 2 business days after we receive your order confirmation.

For items not currently in USA stock: These will be expertly crafted and processed within 5-6 business days.

You will be kept informed throughout, and a notification will be sent to you as soon as your order has shipped.

Understanding Order Processing Time

Order Processing Time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order after you’ve placed it. Order Processing Time is separate from Shipping Time.

 ✔  Order Processing Time: This typically takes 2-6 business days, depending on whether the item is in stock in our USA warehouse or needs to be crafted in our production facility.

  ✔  Shipping Time: After processing, the shipping carrier will deliver your package within the timeframe specified at checkout, based on your chosen shipping method.

Combined Delivery Time

Scenario 1: Item in Stock (USA):

  ✔  Order Processing: 2 business days

  ✔  Shipping Time (Domestic): 5-7 business days

  ✔  Total Delivery Time: 7-9 business days

Scenario 2: Item Not in Stock (USA):

  ✔  Order Processing: 5-6 business days

  ✔  Shipping Time (Domestic): 5-7 business days

  ✔  Total Delivery Time: 10-13 business days

Scenario 3: International Shipping:

  ✔  Add 2-3 business days to the domestic times mentioned above for international orders.

Business Days Explanation

Business days refer to the standard working days of the week, typically Monday through Friday. These days exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays. Please keep in mind that when we mention processing or shipping times in business days, weekends and holidays are not included in the calculation.

Leviathan Axe Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive a damaged product, it is essential that you take prompt action. Please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. To facilitate the process, ensure that you retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods, as the carrier will require them. 

Note: Acting swiftly will help expedite the resolution of your claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information
