Weekend and Holiday Shipping: Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays are not included in shipping timeframes and are not counted in expedited shipping options.
Backorders
We strive to ship all orders complete and on time. Occasionally, an item may be back-ordered. If this happens, we will notify you and may offer a comparable substitute product.
